Muli redeveloping estimating:
- based on obtaining primary object and quantities from the BIM (Building Information Model) data.
- BoQ will be inserted into Standard trade packages to obtain Subcontract Quotation.
- Completed tenders are then compared and an Estimator managed estimate created for tendering.
- On completion, the estimate is consolidated to Trade Package Milestone and handed as budget.
- Subcontract Tender data is then reviewed and forms the basis for subcontractor review and selection and creation of subcontract with the number of new work.
