Terms used by Muli in it’s software, user documentation plus during training and support, have specific meanings. Some terms are industry specific (e.g. Retention), others relate to the accounting or taxation requirements of the marketplace (e.g. GST). There are other terms that Muli has adopted or even created to convey a specific message or to minimise confusion (e.g. Amendments).
Users are recommended to use this Glossary to check Muli’s intended meaning of terms.
Since the Muli software extensively uses defined code numbers to standardise inputs these are also explained here.
